The location of Faros Hotel Old City is fantastic, just opposite Hagia Sophia in Fatih, close to the Spice Market and local restaurants. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making my stay very enjoyable. The traditional Turkish breakfast was tasty and plentiful, perfect for starting the day.The hotel's proximity to the metro/tram station and major attractions like the Grand Bazaar and Blue Mosque make it ideal for exploring Istanbul. The Faros Restaurant serves delicious meals and cocktails, offering a discount for hotel guests. The cozy rooms are well-equipped with amenities, ensuring a comfortable stay.I appreciated the historical charm of the hotel, housed in a restored Ottoman mansion, adding a unique touch to the experience. My stay at Faros Hotel Old City was delightful, and I would definitely return for another stay. Highly recommended for a blend of comfort, history, and excellent service in the heart of Istanbul.
